Can i get a new item, if my item arrived damaged?

Please send us clear photos of the damage to your item, and a detailed description, within 24 hours of delivery to rabonajersey@gmail.com and we will replace or repair your piece once it is received and the damage can be assessed.

I ordered multiple items, but only received part of my order

Sometimes orders are shipped separately. E-mail us to double check if you still have not received the remaining items.

If i forget to apply a coupon at checkout, can you apply it later?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to apply coupon codes after you’ve already completed your purchase.

My item does not look like it does online

Many of the product photos on Rabona Jersey computer renderings. Please keep in mind that there might be a slight different in colors due to different computer monitor settings :) The actual product may look slightly different due to the normal casting and factory processes of creating the product

What if i didn't received a confirmation email?

No worries, we can send it to you! Just contact us at rabonajersey@gmail.com and we’ll resend it to you.

Where are you guys located?

We currently do not have a physical store, but we are based out of Jakarta, Indonesia

What happens if i received wrong products?

Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will fix it for you as long as the jersey is unaltered.
