- Can i get a new item, if my item arrived damaged?
Please send us clear photos of the damage to your item, and a detailed description, within 24 hours of delivery to rabonajersey@gmail.com and we will replace or repair your piece once it is received and the damage can be assessed.
- I ordered multiple items, but only received part of my order
Sometimes orders are shipped separately. E-mail us to double check if you still have not received the remaining items.
- If i forget to apply a coupon at checkout, can you apply it later?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we are unable to apply coupon codes after you’ve already completed your purchase.
- My item does not look like it does online
Many of the product photos on Rabona Jersey computer renderings. Please keep in mind that there might be a slight different in colors due to different computer monitor settings :) The actual product may look slightly different due to the normal casting and factory processes of creating the product
- What if i didn't received a confirmation email?
No worries, we can send it to you! Just contact us at rabonajersey@gmail.com and we’ll resend it to you.
- Where are you guys located?
We currently do not have a physical store, but we are based out of Jakarta, Indonesia
- What happens if i received wrong products?
Sometimes mistakes happen, we will do our best to correct it. If you receive an item in the wrong color or size please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will fix it for you as long as the jersey is unaltered.
